		<description>I don&#039;t think of a tummy tuck following weight loss is vain. I think it&#039;s just sometimes what needs to be done to complete the wieght loss journey. If I can ever get to my goal weight, I fully intend to get all that extra skin sliced off, and I won&#039;t feel a bit selfish about it!</description>
